Mary's Carrot Cake

Thanks Mary Mary's Carrot Cake Recipe

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2 Cups Sugar

  • 1 ½ Cups oil

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

  • 3 Cups Shredded Carrots

  • 2 Cups Flour

  • 1 Tsp salt

  • 2 Tsp Baking powder

  • 2 Tsp Baking soda

  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to °350

  • Mix together first 4 ingredients then stir in the 3 cups of carrots

  • Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet mix

  • Bake 3- greased and floured cake pans for 30 min.

  • For The Frosting Mix

  • 1 box powdered sugar

  • 1/2 stick of butter

  • 8 oz of cream cheese

  • 1 tsp vanilla
