Mary's Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 ½ Cups oil
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Shredded Carrots
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Tsp Baking soda
  • 2 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Mix together first 4 ingredients then stir in the 3 cups of carrots Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet mix Bake 3- greased and floured cake pans at °350 for 30 min.

Frosting- Mix

  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
