1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen green beans, thawed, drained
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Add vegetables; mix lightly.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 min. or until beans are tender.
